SpanishZap uses your email to verify access and provide membership service. It stores account sessions, payment references, subscription consent, lesson and video progress, practice answers, review schedules, bookmarks, and personal notes. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. SpanishZap records are separate from LingoVivo and FESCO student records.

Essential secure cookies support sign-in and request protection. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing email. Security and billing records support fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, and account support. Learning history is retained when membership ends so you can return to it.

Listen buttons use available device/browser speech voices only when selected. Voice providers may process text under their own policies; voice availability and accent vary. No microphone is required. Protected lessons are not cached for offline use.

Personal notes are private to your account. Avoid saving sensitive personal, medical, or payment information in a note. Contact info@fescousa.com for access, correction, deletion, and retention questions; some payment or security records may need to be retained for existing obligations.
