Before your first “¡hola!”
Do I need to know Spanish already?
No. Start with the free first-conversation lesson and English explanations. The course introduces useful Spanish phrases, then gradually adds more complex everyday situations.
Are the videos new Spanish-only recordings?
They are our existing bilingual recordings, kept unchanged. The15 video bites are short clips, generally around 10–20 seconds. SpanishZap adds Spanish-first study, English explanations, quizzes, stories, and review around the available material.
How does pronunciation audio work?
The videos contain the original recorded audio. Listen buttons for text use available Spanish voices on your device or browser, with normal and slower playback. Voice availability and accent vary. English recordings are not labeled as Spanish pronunciation.
How do I cancel?
Open My account, then Billing, to cancel future renewals. Regular access normally continues through the verified paid period. Your learning history stays associated with your account.
Can I recover my account?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and request a new access code. There is no password to forget. Contact info@fescousa.com if you no longer have access to that email.
